Incoming Mail Server (pop): thepracticalromantic.com

Outgoing Mail Server (smtp): thepracticalromantic.com

Do not include the @thepracticalromantic.com suffix when signing on to check webmail.

Your TPR email can be accessed by any mail client. If you don't have one, I recommend Thunderbird and have a page explaining how to set it up here.

Mail Guidelines

Size
Your TPR mailbox isn't gigantic.  It has a 2 megabyte limit and when it's full the old stuff gets dumped out to make room for the new.  This means you need to check your mail regularly.  If mail gets dumped there's no way to get it back.

Spam
Spamming is NOT ALLOWED.  Spamming is the sending of unsolicited commercial email.  You can send a lot of mail, but it can't be bulk advertising.  Violation of this rule will result in the suspension of all mail privileges.  There will be no exceptions and no second chances to this rule.

Abuse
Sending of harassing emails is cause for suspension of mail privileges. This email service is not to be used for any illegal purpose.

Spam with an @thepracticalromantic.com address
The Practical Romantic does not send advertising emails. Sometimes mail appears to be from "accounting@thepracticalromantic.com" or "sales@thepracticalromantic.com". These are bogus emails and are not from The Practical Romantic.
